Billing & Payment

All prices listed on the site and in stores are in USD. Prices for items and delivery are subject to change without notice. Prices for items are fixed once your order has been confirmed.

Your order may be eligible for our Price Match Guarantee Program. If a product in your order decreases in price within 14 days of purchase, please contact customercare@cocorepublic.com. Some items are exlcuded from this program.

If an item you have purchased has dropped in price within 14 days of your purchase, we will match the current price. Please reach out to our Customer Experience Team with your order details, and we'll be happy to reimburse you accordingly.

We offer financing through Klarna and Affirm for our online orders.

Rates from 0–36% APR. Payment options through Affirm are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: //affirm.com/lenders. To complete your online purchase, you will be required to provide both your email address and your phone number. This is so that we keep in contact with you about your order in case we need to schedule your delivery or if anything changes.

For your convenience, you can create an account prior to purchase or at checkout. Your email address and password will be needed to log in.

Production Information

How can I check if you have a certain item in-store?

You are welcome to call your preferred showroom to verify if a particular item is available for viewing there. Our showrooms are open from 10am-6pm every day and can be reached at (213) 223-9800. You will be prompted to be connected to the showroom of your preference.

You can also email customercare@cocorepublic.com with a link to the product and a Customer Experience Representative will be happy to assist.

Pricing

Our goal is to provide accuracy in all prices, delivery rates and other information. All prices in our stores and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions.
